The ability to work together with other companies, clients, suppliers, distributors, retailers, users and researchers with an approach of collaborative and open innovation, is a key enabling factor for a well-established innovation management system. This SEMINAR is tailor-made for innovation advisers and EEN innovation advisers and will other tools that can be used to implement the action plan in the innovation management process.
The TRAINING SESSION will include best practices and hands-on practical tips and tricks on how SMEs can create new businesses by sharing ideas and collaborate, co-create and co-participate in innovation projects with external partners. The web tool developed under the NIR-VANA project (H2020-INNOSUP-2015-2) exclusively for EEN staff and innovation advisors will be presented and tested. The tool will facilitate in the collaboration process for all actors involved and will embed both external open innovation platforms and our own internal tools such as Merlin, IMT and EasyPP.
