Submission:
Applications must be filled and submitted online through the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICE) website.

Evaluation process:
Each application will be scored globally from 0 to 70 points with the eligibility and minimum quality criteria set out in the call regulations which can be found at https://empresas.jcyl.es/web/es/fondos-europeos/proyecto-dihnamic.html

DIHnamic objective is to verify new innovative facilitation services addressed at SMEs from Castilla y León, through the dynamic facilitation and thrust of the Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) in the region and other DIHs across Europe, and its dissemination at the European level throughout innovation agencies.

This call aims to select SMEs from sectors in the terms and conditions of the call regulations (which can be found at https://empresas.jcyl.es/web/es/fondos-europeos/proyecto-dihnamic.html) and based in Castilla y León (Spain), who wants to improve their digitalisation thanks to the personalised services provided by the Digital Innovation Hubs, in order to increase their efficiency, better manage risk, add customer value and discover new opportunities for income generation.

There will be two different support actions packages:

The amount of the grant per SME will be 100% of the service contracted to the Digital Innovation Hubs with a maximum of 2.000 euros per SME for "Service A" and 10.000 euros per SME for "Service B".
