Summary

A German company is specialised in repairing and renovating pipes by means of inserting a plastic liner with special equipment that enables renovation while the water is flowing. Partners from civil engineering are sought for commercial agreements with technical assistance.

Description

A German company provides systems for rehabilitation and renovation of underground infrastructure, i.e. pipes for rainwater or sewage water. The areas of application are leaking or broken water pipes in circular shape with a diameter ranging from 150 mm to 3000 mm. The solution offered is a spirally wound lining technology. This technology creates a new plastic pipe into the existing (damaged) one. This is accomplished by placing a winding machine in a manhole, which can be done without modifying the manhole . The winding machine produces an endless new pipe up to the next manhole while the water continues to flow. The German company’s offer includes the whole solution with compact machinery, material and know-how transfer. The thermoplastic material used is fully recyclable. Contractors from civil engineering interested in implementing the solution are sought.
